CompTIA recently posted a recap of legislative activity in 2015, including the following highlights:
- Extension of the Internet Tax Freedom Act
- Congress passed the Trade Promotion Authority
- Extension of the Export-Import Bank until mid-2016
- Permanent extension of the R&D tax credit and five-year extension of provisions that will specifically benefit small tech companies
- Congress advanced a cybersecurity information sharing bill
- The White House successfully negotiated the Trans Pacific Partnership
