All statistical references made to Kansas City Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) include the counties of Bates, Caldwell, Cass, Clay, Clinton, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte and Ray in Missouri, and Johnson, Leavenworth, Linn, Miami and Wyandotte counties in Kansas.
