OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a division of Colgate-Palmolive and global leader in science-led nutrition, announced the promotion of Yvonne Hsu as the new U.S. President and General Manager, effective May 2024.
With a nearly 25-year tenure at Colgate-Palmolive, Hsu is a strategic business leader with an excellent track record of delivering significant portfolio growth for multiple brands across the enterprise.
Hsu most recently served as Executive Vice President of Global Innovation and Growth, leading the overall strategy of Hill’s brands, innovation, digital transformation and analytics. Her strategic leadership has shaped the 2025 strategic plan as well as initiatives to deliver against those commitments. Under her guidance, Hill’s has delivered a new Brand Promise Framework, robust three-year innovation grids, continued expansion of our digital ecosystem and the building of Hill’s data foundation. Moreover, the impact of building capabilities for digital and analytics has propelled not only Hill’s growth but also the C-P enterprise. She joined Hill’s Pet Nutrition in 2018 as the Marketing Director for the U.S. Company.
Hsu holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Cornell University's SC Johnson Graduate School of Management in New York.
