Since 2017, Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) has hosted its Accelerator program, aimed at engaging with emerging Ag-Tech startups that could drive further innovation across the dairy value chain.
The DFA CoLAB Accelerator provides the opportunity for a unique collaboration between the dairy industry and these up-and-coming companies. In 2024, we’re evolving to a six-month format to provide the opportunity for deeper collaboration. The program will focus exclusively on agriculture technology (ag-tech).
Key elements of the DFA CoLAB Accelerator include:
- Immersive program, with both in-person and virtual activities
- Access to top executives at DFA
- A team of DFA mentors relevant to each startup’s business area
- Educational sessions on a variety of topics important for startup growth
- Workshops that focus on applying their gained skills to areas such as leadership development and team building
